I think Marlene should've gotten more expansion besides her flashback with Anna + The hospital. There's the American Dreams comic but don't even think that's canon to the show's universe unfortunately. I just wanna see how she became the leader of the fireflies mostly. also it made me sad how Marlene and Anna contrasted to Ellie and Riley ):
